A manually operated pebble nipper that will allow you to cut off the tops of uneven pebble and clean them up in one pass. Approximately 5 feet wide, the nipper has 3 floating blades that perform the cutting and an optional mop attachement available to clean up the bits of ice. Heavy plastic runners allow the Nipper to glide over the ice without scratching your surface. Weighting only 50 lbs it is easy to move over dividers and from sheet to sheet.
